Subject: Wow..
They really laid it on thick here for ol Rodney and gave him the chance to fight for truth, justice and the American way... in Arizona?
This almost seemed like it was a mediocre dance routine with a really great band and drummer punctuated with a little bit or lousy acting and a lot of propaganda tossed in for good measure so the army of 1943 could recruit more bus boys and cooks while trying to convince African Americans they too could capture the glory of post traumatic stress. To bad they lied to to many at that time and abused the white power structure...
There is a historical context of the lies and deceit here worth noting even if the acting was weak..
